Becoming Yourself is the name of my multi teachings coaching brand, but it is also the name of the process I have created from the combination of different studies and techniques, plus experiences accumulated over the last +10 years of my life.<\/p>\n

A work of reconnecting to the most authentic part of oneself, often forgotten or repressed due to
external and internalised\u00a0conditioning.<\/p>\n

It is a work of reconnection with one’s own purpose and identity, of revelation of all parts of oneself, of
discovering of one’s internal truth, of construction and embodiment of the person you want to become.<\/p>\n

It is aimed at those who are ready to create
change and transformation in their life, business and relationships on the basis of a work of
healing (healing), unfolding (revelation and becoming (transformation).<\/p>\n

I offer multiple types of coaching and techniques to help my clients entering or going deeper into a process of revelation of their own power and gifts.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Human Design<\/strong> <\/em>is the easiest way and also the most acclaimed ones: through your energy map (your blueprint that is calculated from your date, time and place of birth I’ll help you find the best way to operate based on your own unique energy. And I use this the HD tool to work with individuals, groups and teams to help valorise their differences and honour their unique in the way the function and operare based on their energy DNA.<\/p>\n

Somatic work<\/strong> <\/em>is my starting point for any type of coaching: I always start from the body. It’s an incredible approach specifically for these who want to work on their emotional level, blockages, resistance or trauma. But also to do shadow work. I am specialized on Shame, so I pretty much work with any client on issues, conditions, problems they want to overcome, or goals that they want to achieve when they feel for whatever reason stuck with.\u00a0<\/p>\n

To achieve any type of change in our external life we must start to change inside.<\/p>\n

Life is a never ending path of learning and evolving. I believe that investing in ourselves and our growth is the key to create long term lasting change. And I am so fascinated by the power of our body and mind. How incredible things they are able to create.

That\u2019s what I teach to the people who work with me. To become creators of their lives, starting by healing what make them stuck in old paradigms installed by external conditioning and past trauma.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I am an expert of the connection between body, mind and energy. I use this connection to create healing and transformation.<\/span><\/p>\n

I teach people how to create change and transformation through the body- mind – energy connection.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

I<\/strong> started to understand this process on stage<\/em><\/strong>: as an actress of Method. The Method is a body and unconscious mind based technique used by the actor to embody a new different energy frequency, that through repetition, is going to create a character. <\/span><\/p>\n

The method is a body, mind, energy powerful embodiment technique throughout we can create so much long lasting change. I believe it can be used not only by actors, but by anyone who is interested on feeling different, acting different, reprogramming their automatic body\/mind program.<\/span><\/p>\n

I consider this technique extremely powerful for single human being: everyone, indeed, can create and embody in any moment a new and different emotion, that can lead to new and different thoughts: and by repetition new consistent habits and beliefs are going to be establish in our body. <\/em><\/span><\/p>\n

This can all happens thanks to the vagus nerve: the body- mind connection and can <\/em>leads to the creation of a different type of energy frequency which is going to lead to the creation of a new personality.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

I am a certified somatic and trauma practitioner;<\/strong><\/span> studied with the teacher David Bedrick at The institute of Santa F\u00e8 Shame based.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

I use the Unshaming process as one of the tool to explore on a somatic\/body level all the frame of emotions, judgments, conditioning that keep us in a state of shame or repression or pain.<\/p>\n

My method Becoming Yourself<\/strong>\u00ae\ufe0f is a made by a combination of multiple teachings able to connect any human being to their true essence: the method, the unshaming process, the trauma work, mindset and belief system work, somatic energy alignment, self-image and character work, and human design.<\/strong><\/p>\n

I guide my clients in paths of healing, change and creation of the next version of themselves. To empower themselves in any area of their life: from personal and private life, to public and business life.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It\u2019s the story of a funny Barbra Streisand (played by me) and her unstoppable determination on the road to become an Hollywood star by being a simple girl from Brooklyn. In a breathless comedy where resilience, transformation and love are the main ingredients.<\/span><\/p>\n
